Do you remember, in 2011, the cost of gas was $3.52 per gallon, a gallon of milk cost $3.39 and the highest grossing film was Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollow.  What you probably didn’t know was Hyacinth’s Place was opening its doors for the first time to a set of homeless women in the District of Columbia.  A lot has changed over the past decade, but one thing still stands strong, Hyacinth’s Place commitment, helping to strengthen our community one women at a time.
